How to make a claim
For a refund (Guarantee 1 or 2): email support@emberprotokol.com from the address on your order. One sentence is enough for the 30-day refund; attach your journal photo for the 90-day double-back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
To cancel (Guarantee 3): sign in to your account portal, open Manage Subscription, and select Cancel. You'll see a confirmation on screen and by email immediately.
