Ember currently ships within the United States only. International delivery is in the works — contact us about your country and we'll let you know when it opens.

Lost or damaged

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice. This is separate from, and in addition to, the satisfaction guarantee.
